CONFERENCE FORMAT:

1. Speakers make 20 minute PowerPoint Presentations including 5 min Q&A.
2. Each Session is 2 hours long with 6 speakers.
3. Two speakers serve as co-chairs, to moderate the session.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS:

1. All speakers must submit abstracts in the form below.
2. Acceptance notification e-mailed to speakers within one week.
3. All Speakers must register at reduced speaker rate.
4. Bring final PPT on a flash drive to the conference for PC projection.
